Help Desk
The Technology Services Help Desk team is responsible for providing support to OUSD employees in the use of administrative systems and business applications. The team responds to calls for support from employees, manages the assignment of technical support requests, and develops and delivers training materials for employees.
The Technology Services Helpdesk can assist with the following:
- Student, Staff and Consultant Email Access
- Hardware
- Ex. Computers, Printers, Phones, Projectors
- Software
- Ex. Aeries, CALPADS, Integrify Vendor Management, Google, Clever, Instructional Technology, iReady, Illuminate
- Talent Application Access
- Ex. Frontline ERP (Escape), ERP Employee Portal
- Security Systems
- Ex. Cameras, alarms, Milestone
Support regarding your benefits, employment verification, Frontline Absences, Frontline Central, Frontline Professional Growth, and Recruit and Hire should be directed to talent@ousd.org.
Support regarding payment and income verification should be directed to payroll@ousd.org.
