Teach at OUSD
Become the teacher you needed when you were a child.
Teachers at OUSD are a part of a professional community that invests in individual and collective growth. We provide extensive development and training, innovative curricula, ongoing mentorship, and advancement opportunities. Our teachers are given opportunities for peer support through Affinity spaces and Professional Learning Communities within and across schools in the District as well as competitive benefits packages.

We grow our own
At OUSD we believe in diversifying our teacher workforce by providing accessible pathways for local community leaders to become teachers. We are thrilled to support several teacher pathway programs.
