This space is dedicated to supporting 1:1 conversations with a member of our OUSD Recruitment & Retention team. It is a time to ask questions, learn about possible roles in Oakland Unified, and discuss your individual path into a position in Oakland Unified. We welcome community members, aspiring candidates, and internal candidates interested in roles across OUSD.

Substitute Teacher interviews occur regularly throughout the month. Candidates who have a BA should apply on OUSD's Jobs Portal to the Substitute Teacher Eligibility Pool posting. Once those requirements have been completed, please contact our team at recruitment@ousd.org for next steps.
