These community organizations serve our students in summer learning programs

	Bay Area Resources Center (BACR) Website: https://www.bacr.org/ Mission: BACR’s mission is to promote the healthy development of individuals and families, encourage service and volunteerism, and help build community. We carry out our mission by (1) providing direct school- and community-based services, (2) connecting volunteers with opportunities to best serve their communities, and (3) building and strengthening all of the communities we serve so that community members and institutions can effect change.
	East Bay Agency for Children Website: http://ebac.org/ Mission: East Bay Agency for Children improves the well-being of children, youth and families by reducing the impact of trauma and social inequities.
	East Bay Asian Youth Services (EBAYC) Website: https://ebayc.org/ Mission: EBAYC envisions a future where all young people grow up to be lifelong builders of a just and compassionate multicultural society.
	Edventure More Website: https://edmo.org/ Mission: We provide equitable access to out-of-school learning opportunities designed to help every person cultivate a sense of self, own their impact, and show up in the world with curiosity, courage, and kindness.

	Oakland Kids First Website: https://www. To oaklandkidsfirst.org/ Mission: Oakland Kids First increases youth voice, leadership, and power to create engaging and equitable public schools where all students learn and lead.
	Oakland Leaf Foundation Website: http://www.oaklandleaf.org/ Mission: Every year, Oakland Leaf provides quality, culturally responsive, and free after-school programming for approximately 750 East Oakland students at six high-need elementary and middle schools.
	Safe Passages Website: https://safepassages.org/ Mission: Safe Passages disrupts the cycle of poverty by engaging youth and families to build and drive a continuum of services that supports student success and community development.

	Youth Together Website: http://www.youthtogether.net/ Mission: Youth Together addresses the life conditions and immediate needs of youth and builds the self-esteem, skills and cultural understanding of youth organizers.
	Aim High Website: https://aimhigh.org/ Mission: Our program ignites a love of learning that yields real results—98% of Aim High alumni graduate high school and go on to college.
	Bay Area Girls Rock Camp Website: https://www.bayareagirlsrockcamp.org/ Mission: Our programs are open to self-identified girls, trans, and gender-expansive youth ages 8-18. We are dedicated to creating a space for creativity and expression for all gender identities.

	Lincoln Freedom Schools Website: https://www.lincolnfamilies.org/oakland-freedom-school Mission: Lincoln Families’ Oakland Freedom School, a six-week summer literacy and cultural pride program, builds strong reading skills and youth self-concept, while closing achievement gaps. Our trained college-aged staff leaders deliver the culturally-integrated curriculum, enrichment activities, educational field trips, parent education workshops, and community outreach events.

	Youth Employment Project Website: https://www.yep.org/ Mission: YEP’s guiding vision is that all Oakland youth and young adults will have the necessary work history, experience and soft skills to be self-sufficient, stable, and engaged members of our communities.

	Jewish Community Center of the East Bay Website: https://jcceastbay.org/ Mission: The JCC East Bay creates healthy communities inspired by Jewish values, culture, and tradition.

	Elevo Website: https://elevolearning.com/ Mission: Elevo's WASC-accredited curriculum engages students and fosters social emotional learning through fun, physically active games, sports, and enrichment activities focused on arts, humanities, and STEM.
	Acta Non verba Website: https://anvfarm.org/ Mission: Acta Non Verba: Youth Urban Farm Project’s (ANV) mission is to elevate life for youth and their families in Oakland and beyond by challenging oppressive dynamics and environments through urban farming and access to the natural environment. Founded and led mainly by women and People of Color, ANV engages youth and families in safe and creative outdoor spaces in Oakland and the East Bay, CA. ANV strengthens young people’s understanding of nutrition, food production, healthy living, and the natural environment, and strengthens their ties to their community.
