Young Adult Program (YAP)

Welcome to The Young Adult Program! We have 12 different programs to help young adults with various needs.

Each program has a caring teacher and 2 or 3 support staff members. We use three special ways to teach:

  • Site-Based Programs, where students get extra help at our school;
  • Hybrid Programs, where students spend time in both the classroom and the community; and
  • Community-Based Programs, where students learn and have fun in the community all day.

Our goal is to help students become more independent and connected to the world around them!

We believe that the support networks that have been there for our students should be encouraged to continue to support them. We want to work with you! We want you to continue to be there for your students!
