Local Plan for Special Education

Each SELPA must adopt a Local Plan that guides its work, explains its governance, provides for a robust continuum of services, and ensures the proper distribution of Special Education funds to support SELPA programs. The Local Plan is completed with input and feedback from a multidisciplinary team, including parents and caregivers and members of the Community Advisory Committee (CAC).
