Alternative Dispute Resolution
Oakland Unified School District SELPA is proud to offer Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) services for any student receiving services in the SELPA. Alternative Dispute Resolution refers to a process of discussing complex challenges or areas of disagreement that may arise within IEP teams and generating swift and creative solutions to them. ADR is coordinated by a neutral facilitator and is explained in more detail in our brochure linked below.
