We are just weeks away from August 10th, the start of OUSD’s 2020 - 2021 academic school year, and we are eager and excited to welcome students, families and staff back into our shared (virtual) community! Although recent communications from OUSD and Governor Gavin Newsom have helped us understand a little more about what next year will look like, many questions remain unanswered until a new Memo of Understanding between the district and its labor unions is established.
To fill in gaps in the coming weeks, we’ve collected a Skyline "Distance Learning" FAQ - 2020-2021 that compiles new information as it develops. Similarly to last Spring, this will act as a working document that will be updated as more information becomes available. If you would like to add questions to this FAQ, please submit them here.
Although this is not an organization that currently partners with Skyline High School, it is offering a unique opportunity for teens 14 to 18, who may be interested in documenting their personal shelter-in-place journey.
Thanks to our amazingly dedicated teachers & our partnership with Youth Together, Skyline offers tutoring & support in almost every subject.
