Redwood Heights' Vision StatementLike redwood trees, our students will have widely spread roots, achieve great heights and be able to weather storms. Our students will be responsible academically and socially, and support each other like redwood trees in groves. They will use critical thinking skills to make positive contributions to their community and the world. The passion that the staff exhibits for learning and the collegial adult culture is the soil in which the saplings take root and soar. Our students engage in a meaningful curriculum that is activity based and draws on a student’s critical thinking skills. We strive to create a well rounded educational experience. We want children to love coming to school. Redwood has an extensive after school enrichment program, which includes music, drama and art.
