Helping families impacted by winter weather. Oakland Public Education Fund has set up an emergency fund to support families of Oakland public school students who have been impacted by the harsh winter weather. You can find out and donate here. If your family is in financial crisis due to this or any reason, please reach out to our Community School Manager, Erica Makclin, who may be able to help connect you to resources. Across OUSD. In case you missed it, our superintendent, Dr. Johnson-Tramell recently reflected on the first half of this school year. Linked here, her message is worth reading.
Wishing you a great week!
