Project Description
Modernization of the McClymonds Campus focusing on 4 scope priorities:
Priority 1 Building Systems – Full Plumbing Replacement, HVAC modification including A/C, Electrical system upgrade, sprinkler system upgrade, seismic and security upgrades to the main building.
Priority 2 Indoor Space Upgrades – Upgrade to finishes of classrooms, labs, hallways, bathrooms, and cafeteria. Upgrades to gym locker rooms, coaches’ offices, dance and weight rooms and bathrooms. Including new furniture and equipment, and modified layouts.
Priority 3 Outdoor Space Upgrades – New scoreboard, grandstand with press box and outdoor bathrooms and concession stand at the football field. Upgrades to garden and plaza of peace. Reconfigured front and back ADA ramps. Modified perimeter fencing and landscaping.
Priority 4 Shop Renovations – Upgrades to finishes of the wood shop and creation of new engineering pathway lab next door. Seismic upgrades for the entire annex building.
