Oakland Unified School District

Central Administrative Center at Cole

Project Description

This new 56,176 S.F. two-story Administration building will house Oakland Unified School District (OUSD) Central Office Staff. Site improvements include landscaping, fences, parking lots, and driveways on the 2.6 acre site. An accessory structure is located on the southwest corner of the site. Existing structures to be demolished include a single-story 6,400 S.F. building, a two-story 44,999 S.F. building, and a single-story portable building.

The Board approved modification of the existing drawings to only build out the 2nd floor of the 2-story building. The multi-purpose building was also deleted.
