Executive Summary

The Oakland Unified School District (OUSD) Facilities Master Plan (FMP) establishes a long-term, data informed framework to guide how the District plans, prioritizes, and invests in its school facilities. OUSD serves approximately 34,000 students across a diverse system of more than 100 campuses, including elementary, middle, high school, early childhood, and alternative programs.
