CalSHAPE Program Upgrade Project
The CalSHAPE Ventilation Program has awarded OUSD grant funding to conduct a ventilation assessment of existing school HVAC units. The assessments will include considerations such as condition, operability, and functionality, and will identify deficiencies. The assessments will result in Merv 13 filter replacements, installation of CO2 sensors, and HVAC deficiency improvements. The CalSHAPE Ventilation Program prioritizes investments in facilities in underserved communities and those located near freeways or industrial facilities.
