• Take an Active Role at Parker
    Parents are important to a child's success.  Parker  Elementary School provides many opportunities for parents to actively volunteer, enhance their individual skills and gain knowledge in support of their child’s learning. 
    A number of factors are in place: current school data posted along “Information Data Way”; classroom and school newsletters; bi-monthly school calendars; Wednesday as Parent Information Day; information bracelets; school to home/home to school folders; SSC, QEIA, and ELAC meetings; grade level parent meetings with administrator and teachers; Twilight Evening Parent Seminars; Family Reading Night, Math/Science Fairs and Friday Celebrations; yearly “walk-Your-Child-to-School” campaign; and Farmers’ Market.
