The National Flooring Constractor apprenticeship Program is a nonprofit aimed at developing high-skilled floor installers. The goal is to simultaneously enrich the lives of young adults by giving them access to livable-wage jobs, and helping the floor covering industry source the skilled labor that is vitally needed in the current market.
