2021 Black College Expo
Interested in attending a HBCU? Here's your chance to learn more about Historically Black Colleges and Universities, their programs and admission requirements ...and in honor of our newly inaugurated VP Kamala Harris who is a HBCU alumni(Howard University aka The Mecca aka H! U!) We'll be giving away college swag from HBCU's far and wide throughout the month of February (Black History Month).

Youth Boating Opportunity: This program meets year-round (currently over zoom but we're hopeful that later this spring we can resume limited in-person boating activities). We're open to all male teens in the area and teach fun hands-on boating skills and gives our youth members valuable leadership experiences. MORE INFO HEREGameheads: Gameheads is launching the Black Video Game Scholars Program to increase the number of young black students in the video game industry pipeline, and the interactive entertainment and mixed media industries. Through this program, we look forward to finding qualified Black students across the bay area and providing them with the resources to build successful and thriving caeers.
Kingmakers of Oakland
Kingmakers Oakland is an amazing pre-college program that offers college access support for 10th grade males only. You'll have access to college counseling, field trips(even abroad), college coursework, career development, financial literacy and of course mentorship. Santa Clara University Pre-College Engineering Programs
April & July 2021
The goal of these programs is to provide students with a chance to explore the possibilities of engineering as a career with the hope of fostering a deeper interest in future engineering study. The program is available to current high school sophomores and juniors interested in learning more about the field of engineering.
