Registration (Data Collection)
Per OUSD, students must register each school year. All families must fill out the required forms online. This process is standard across the school district. In some cases, you may be asked to complete additional forms by the school administration. As of 2020, the new school year registration/data collection is done online through the Aeries Parent Portal.
If you need in-person assistance, drop-in at Emerson on Thursday, August 4th or Friday, August 5, 2022 between 8:00am–1:00pm for support with your students' online registration forms.
Note for TK/Kindergarten and new Emerson students, you must have the following forms the first time you register at a new school:
- Medical form
- Dental form
- Immunization record
These forms are NOT required for returning students.
