    This form is for Skyline faculty and staff to submit news, events, announcements and noteworthy information that could be posted on Skyline High School Website, in the Weekly Electronic News Bulletin, on any of the school's calendars, Mr. Anderson's Weekly email, social media, and more.


    Google Drive for Photos

    Have photos to submit to the website? Upload photos that could accompany a story, article or news event for the website or Newsletter to the Photos Google Folder. If you have more than one photo be sure to create a folder with a title that clearly identifies the event the photos depict and date. Please also label each photo.  


    IT Help Desk

    Skyline Faculty and Staff use the IT Help Desk link below if you are in need of any assistance with computers, laptops or other devices, access/login issues, Google support, application support, help with printers, scanners or other devices, network outages or technology issues. Please be sure to follow the steps below.


    1. Click here to access the Help Desk form.
    2. Sign in with Google.
    3. click “submit a request”. 
    4. Choose appropriate category in the drop down.
    5. Fill in all requested fields and be sure to put Skyline in the site name.
    6. Be sure to click submit.


    For questions or problems with accessing the Help Desk form, please email Helpdesk@ousd.org or call (510)879-8178 and include the following information.


    • Name (first and last)
    • Location include work site and room number
    • A good contact phone number
    • A detailed description of the problem.
    • An alternate email address other than your OUSD email


    Parking Pass Form

    If you are parking on campus you must have a valid parking permit on display in your car at all times. Please fill out and submit the Parking Pass Form to Ms. Stephanie Bryan in the Front Office.

    ASB Business Office - Deposit and Reimbursement Forms

    The ASB Business Office supports the Associated Student Body Leadership by handling deposits and reimbursements for all student clubs and sports. If you are an advisor for a student club or a coach for a sports team you may use the forms below to record the details of your deposits and requests for payments. All forms and attached support documentation must be submitted to the ASB Business Manager Office located in the Student Store located in the 30 building.
