How to Attend Board, Committee, and Commission Meetings

Click the Zoom link in the posted Agenda.

• Call the number listed in the Agenda.
• Enter the Webinar ID (also in the Agenda).
• If asked for a participant ID, just press #.

Go to the Calendar and click "In Progress" at the start of the meeting.

• Submit a Request to Speak before the meeting.
• When your name is called, click "Raise Your Hand."
• You’ll be unmuted when it’s your turn to speak.

• Submit a Request to Speak before the meeting.
• When your name is called, press *9 to "Raise Your Hand."
• You’ll be unmuted when it’s your turn to speak.

• Visit the Legistar Calendar.
• Click the "eComment" link next to the meeting you wish to comment on.
• You can submit comments from the time the Agenda is posted until the meeting ends.
