Ability Assist Counseling Services
Do you or one of your dependents need counseling services? Getting support is easy and 100% confidential through the Hartford. For more information call 1-800-964-3577 or click links below for more information.
Care Solace Services
Multilingual mental health/substance abuse referral service. This partner organization provides one on one assistance to parents, students, and staff seeking community or insurance based mental health/substance use services. They offer live 24/7 video chat, email, or phone support. They also have a searchable provider database that can be accessed anonymously. This service has been contracted by OUSD to help families and staff find providers who have openings now.
Financial Wellness through OUSD's Employee Assistance Program
OUSD's Employee Assistance Program provides phone and online information from expert Certified Public Accountant and Certified Financial Planner professionals on budgeting, investments and credit matters. Topics include managing a budget, tax questions, retirement, getting out of debt, and saving for college.

Kaiser
Mental Health Awareness, Self-care and Outpatient Services
Kaiser offers self-care resources for mindfulness, relaxation, diet, and other lifestyle strategies to support good overall health.

Sutter Health Plus
Mental Health Awareness, Self-care and Outpatient Services
At Sutter Health Plus we believe in total health—mind, body and overall well-being. Sutter Health Plus members have access to mental health, behavioral health and substance use disorder treatment services through U.S. Behavioral Health Plan, California (USBHPC). Members don’t need a referral from their primary care physician and may self-refer to a participating USBHPC provider for office visits.
