Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) are:

• accounts you set up funded with pre-tax dollars to help you with medical, dependent care, parking or transit expenses.
• enrolled annually and must be renewed annually.
• open for you to enroll upon hire, during open enrollment or within 30 days of a qualifying event.

FSAs are just like checking accounts that you manage and use to pay eligible expenses for which purpose you have created your account.

Once you have enrolled, you will create an account at www.padmin.com to keep track of your expenses and claims.
