Operations Support is an optional service available for purchase by school sites and networks. Operations Support Coaches provide direct coaching and training support to Principals and to school site staff to help them:
Navigate District resources and processes;
Create efficient school-site operational systems; and
Increase staff capacity and skills
Operations Support is honored to have received the Oakland Unified School District Expect Success Service Excellence Award for excellence in customer service and exemplary demonstration of Reliability, Assurance, Tangibles, Empathy, and Responsiveness for the 2006-2007 and the 2007-2008 school years.
