Welcome to Lockwood STEAM Elementary School, located on the historic Lockwood Campus in East Oakland.

Our school serves over 600 scholars in grades TK-5. In addition to a strong literacy focus, we are very excited about our science, math, and technology components. We also have a strong dual language (English/Spanish) strand for all families, no matter what language, who are interested in their students learning English and Spanish.  

We expect our teachers, staff, and scholars to be excellent members of our community. All of us strive to be our best selves daily.
