On-Campus Before and After School Care

Montclair Elementary partners with BACR (Bay Area Community Resources) as its on-campus provider for before and after-school care. BACR’s contract is administered through OUSD’s Expanded Learning Opportunity Program (ELOP).

BACR’s program, Otter Club, is provided on campus and begins the first day of school, Aug 7, 2023. The after-school program runs from school dismissal time until 6:00 pm. The before-school program runs from 7:00-8:30 a.m.  Otter Club is free for families that qualify, or fee-based, with a sliding scale based on income. The after-school program includes enrichment programming (i.e. chess, dance, art, ceramics, etc) in addition to structured academic activities, homework support, physical fitness activities and healthy snacks.
