What is the Harvest of the Month?

Harvest of the Month is a statewide initiative launched in California to spotlight different fruits and vegetables—it is part of a broader nutrition education effort designed to encourage students, families, and the community to engage in hands-on opportunities to explore, taste, and learn about the importance of eating fruits and vegetables.
