    With the support of community partners sharing their time to empower youth with career presentations, these videos are filled with valuable information heightening your career awareness. Watching them is an excellent way to learn about the skills and education needed to obtain careers across various pathways.     College Athletic Director: Donald Brooks

    Donald Brooks is a graduate of Springfield College, a Division III school where he played football. Donald fell in love with sports at a young age and started to chase the dream of working in sports by being the manager of the high school basketball team in addition to playing football. He continued to pursue that dream in college where he took a job as an equipment manager, coached sports at summer camps, and worked at sports internships. Learn how Donald gained skills and experience as a coach and built strong networks throughout his life, which helped him become the athletic director of Macalester College in St. Paul, Minnesota.
