Medical Coverage Options for OUSD Employees
OUSD offers Medical Health coverage to employees and their dependents through two provider plans, or alternatively a cash compensation program for qualifying employees.

Cash-in-Lieu of Medical Coverage
Cash-in-Lieu is a $250.00/month payment in place of receiving health coverage. To qualify:
- Employee must demonstrate they already have health coverage
- Employee is in a non-OEA position
- Employee is NOT receiving Medical coverage already as a dependent of an OUSD employee
