Most OUSD employees who are eligible for benefits (only position excepted is STIP Substitute) have Life Insurance Coverage included:
1. Automatic enrollment upon hire in $25,000 group Accidental Death or Dismemberment coverage

2. Additional opportunity to purchase optional supplemental coverage through OUSD with VOYA at group rates at certain times:
- upon hire,
- upon qualifying event (e.g. marriage, birth, etc) or
