  • PRELIMINARY ENDANGERMENT ASSESSMENT REPORT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE OUSD ADMINISTRATION BUILDING AT FORMER COLE MIDDLE SCHOOL SITE

    PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that at the Regularly scheduled meeting of the Governing Board (Board) of the Oakland Unified School District (OUSD) of February 9, 2022, the Board at 8:00 p.m. will conduct a Public Hearing to receive comments on the draft Preliminary Endangerment Assessment (PEA) Report for the construction of the OUSD Administration building, pursuant to Education Code section 17213.1(a)(6)(A). 

    OUSD has elected to make the draft PEA Report available for public review and comment pursuant to Education Code section 17213.1(a)(6)(A). The public review period during which comments can be provided on the draft PEA Report begins January 14, 2022, and ends February 14, 2022.  During this period, OUSD will receive written comments on the draft PEA Report.  Written comments on the draft PEA Report should be directed to Elena Comrie, Project Manager, and email: elena.comrie@ousd.org PH: 1-415-916-2461, within the public review period.

    Preliminary Endangerment Report for the OUSD Administration Building at Former Cole Middle School

  • The Governing Board of the District will hold a Public Hearing to consider the adoption of a Resolution to approve the School Facility Fee Justification Report for Residential, Commercial and Industrial Development Projects, February 2021 (“Study”) prepared by School Facility Consultants for the District, and approve an increase in Level One Statutory Fees on development projects within the boundaries of the District for the purpose of funding the construction or reconstruction of school facilities pursuant to Education Code section 17620 .
