Watch the 1-hour recording of this Zoom session:
A special student survey on the impacts of student life during COVID-19.
As OUSD navigates our education system in a time of a public health emergency, we want to hear from our students on what is working, what is not, and what ideas you have to maintain quality education with equity and students first in mind. The survey is all about understanding the needs of OUSD students right now. It will also allow students to share ideas they might have on how to celebrate our 8th graders and seniors. We also want to learn about the best ways students want to get information and how to get engaged in bringing student voice to the changes that are currently taking place in OUSD.
As your student union, we will collect your feedback and generate a report to share with our Superintendent, School Board of Directors, and our community. We will also use the analysis of this report to give voice to where we should focus our energy to address the impacts of COVID-19 as representatives of your student union.
Shout out to our student and adult partnership with OUSD’s Office Of Equity, Restorative Justice, and Health and Wellness departments on this survey.
