PTA Meetings
Our PTA has two types of meetings.
PTA Association Meetings, which are held in the evenings. All Emerson community members, families, educators, staff and neighbors are welcome to join us! All are encouraged to attend regardless of membership status! These informational and organizational meetings are when we discuss upcoming events, hear updates on school and PTA happenings and vote on PTA business.

Executive Board Meetings, which are held once per month for committee chairs to strategize PTA business and finalize committee plans. The Executive Board meets on the fourth Thursday of every month during the school year.

*Every year the 4th Thursday in November is Thanksgiving and the 4th Thursday of December is during Winter Break. Those two meetings have been consolodated into the December 7th meeting date. A November 30th meeting date may be used if program planning and group needs dictate.
**The 4th Thursday in May is the laast day of school. The currently scheduled May meeting may be moved to Thursday, May 16th.
