Student, parents, and members of the public may present a complaint related to the accessibility or functionality of any official District web presence which is developed by, maintained by, or offered through the District, third party vendors, and open sources. The District designates the individual(s) identified below as the employee(s) responsible for coordinating the District's response to such complaints. The individual(s) shall receive and coordinate the investigation of complaints and shall ensure compliance with the law.
