    In May 2017, the OUSD School Board requested that the Fiscal Crisis and Management Assistance Team (FCMAT) conduct a FCMAT's Fiscal Health Risk Analysis to assess the District's fiscal health and associated risks.  This analysis looks at 20 different factors and identified several recommendations for improvement.
