Arts Incentive Grant 2022 Awardees Announced!
Oakland Unified School District (OUSD)’s Visual and Performing Arts Office announced 15 Arts Incentive Grant (AIG) 2022 school awardees on February 1, 2019. Each school will receive a three-year grant funding cycle supported by the Oakland tax-funded Measure G. AIG funds support OUSD public schools in developing comprehensive art and maker education programs in partnership with a community based organization that address critical issues of access and equity for our students. ARTS INCENTIVE GRANT 2022 FUNDING & SUPPORT
- $25,000 per year for a total of three years starting in 2019-20 school year and ending in 2021-22 school year.
- $2,000 for program planning to be spent in the spring of 2019.
- Schools receive technical assistance from OUSD Visual and Performing Arts consultants to support the planning process and program implementation for the duration of the grant.
