Brian McGhee - Program Manager

Brian McGhee serves as AAMA’s program manager for West Oakland. He regularly operates through his alma mater, McClymond’s High School, where he ensures that every African American high school student graduates with the skills and tools to be successful in life. He’s also committed to expanding AAMA’s Manhood Development Program to each feeder school in West Oakland.

Brian graduated with degrees from UC Berkeley and San Francisco State University and is regularly involved with the OAL Invitational Relays Committee, West Oakland Alliance Development and various alumni associations. His purpose is rooted in giving back to his community of West Oakland through education, music, culture, love, family, support, food, authenticity, mentoring, and celebrations.
