I grew up in the Bay Area and have now worked at CCPA for 10 years! I am passionate about teaching history in a way that tells the uncomfortable and often heartbreaking truths of the world while also imagining a better world that we can fight for. I am very active in the teachers union and support other fights for justice in the best ways I can. For fun, I spend time outside- hiking often and camping when I can- often with my son, Emiliano :)
