     Students are prepared to self-manage their health conditions/needs.
     Students learn and practice use of appropriate technology to enhance college/career readiness.
     We assess student school readiness for appropriate school placement.
     We have summer credit recovery programs to help students graduate on time.

     We provide welcome circles for re-entering students.
     We support students in name & gender changing forms.
     Health & Wellness works on advocating & normalizing vaccination.
     Summer Bridge to 6th/9th grade helps students transition to their new school site.

  •  We provide case management to implement improved SEL practices.
     Summer Pre-K offers meaningful family workshops to help families support their child’s K transition.
     School-Based Health Centers run mandated immunizations, physical exams, and dental.
     School-Based Health Centers serve United Nations CDC.
     8th grade parents have readiness workshops to help them prepare their students for high school.
