• Raising Funds is Easy!

     

    What is Shop & Earn? It’s an easy way to earn money for our school without having to dig further into our own pockets. We partner with businesses that contribute a portion of their proceeds to our school when we shop or dine there. If you were going to shop or eat there anyway, why not have a portion of your purchase raise valuable funds for Joaquin Miller? It's a WIN WIN!

     

    A full list of retailers, offers and details on how to participate can be found below! We ask that every family help us in our fundraising goals by participating in these programs. Consider making it a family effort by recruiting grandparents and friends – anyone can participate and benet our JM PTA!

    Download the Benefit app for iOS or Google Play. Benefit is a secure app that allows you to make your purchases at retailers instantly through the app and simultaneously earn JM PTA up to 20% of the purchase price from the retailer!     Sports Basement

    Sign up as a Sports Basement Basementeer to receive 10% off every item, every day. When you select Joaquin Miller as your beneficiary, JM will get a portion of the 10% of Sports Basement’s annual profits that they give back to charities and schools. Sign-up at www.sportsbasement.com or in store. There is a one-time lifetime membership fee of $25 to become a Basementeer.     Box Tops for Education

    Box Tops for Education  is a program that donates money back to JM for every label you clip from participating products such as Annie’s Organics, Nature Valley, Ziploc, Hefty and 100's more. Box Tops for Education has an app-based program, which allows you to use state-of-the-art technology to scan your store receipt, find participating products and instantly add Box Tops to JM’s earnings online.

    If every student collects 5 box tops per month, JM could earn over $2000! Think of it like a family scavenger hunt - who can find the most box tops in your household? Get your children involved in grocery shopping, counting, and fundraising while giving them an opportunity to contribute to the success of their school community!
