Access Student Information Online
Parents and students can access student information through Oakland Unified School District’s OUSD Parent Portal.Through this secure online resource you can view:
- Attendance records for the year
- Unofficial transcripts
- Graduation status
- Assignment information (if teacher is using the Aeries.net grade book)
- Class event calendar
- Medical and immunization information
- Teacher email
To register for an account you will need a valid email address, the home telephone on file for your student, and the verification pass code or VPC. If you have not received a code, please contact the OUSD Helpdesk at 510-879-8178 for assistance.
