    About Us:

    Cleveland Elementary was designated a California Distinguished School in 2018 and 2020. This state-wide award recognizes schools that have made progress in closing the academic achievement gap.

    We have a holistic approach to education that includes not just core subjects like reading, writing and math, but also outdoor learning in our Ecoliteracy program.
     
    Enrichment subjects include Cultural Arts classes and year-round music classes for students at all grade levels.

    Family involvement is strong at Cleveland, and we encourage parents to take an active role in our community. Cleveland's Parent Teacher Association (PTA) raises funds for enrichment programs and hosts several annual community events that bring together parents, students and school professionals.
