  • Montera Music Program Featured in The Montclarion!

    On Saturday, May 5, 2018 the Montera Advanced Band, Advanced Orchestra, and Jazz Band competed in the Music in the Parks Festival at Milpitas H.S. and Great America. All three groups got "Excellent" ratings. The Jazz Band won Best Overall Jazz Band, and 8th grader Grace Gulli won the Outstanding Soloist Award. On the way home, the storage compartments on the bus opened up, and two instruments fell off the bus and onto the freeway and got run over by multiple vehicles.The replacement cost of these 2 instruments alone is $3,000.   • 1st Place in Cheer Competition!

    The Montera Cheerleaders won first place in Cheer on March 24th at the Oakland Sports and Cheer Championship Extravaganza! Congratulations, Toros! And a big thank you to all the friends and families who attended and supported us!

  • Girls Soccer Season Results!

    The Montera Girls Soccer Team ends the season in 2nd place with 8 wins and 1 loss. They played two games Saturday, beating Greenleaf 3-1 and losing to EBIA in the championship game by one goal. Best of luck to the 15 out-going 8th graders and their future success on the soccer field.
