If your child attends a public Charter School, you should contact the principal of your child's school. Charter Schools are similar to a small school district and have their own superintendent and policies. Since they are not OUSD employees, we cannot investigate complaints filed against charter schools. All charter schools have their own complaint procedures and governing board.
