STEP 3: COMPLETE AND SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION

FAMILIES NOW HAVE THE OPTION TO APPLY ONLINE!

There are two ways to apply for a school in OUSD:

A. PAPER APPLICATIONS 

Parents may choose to apply with a paper application, presenting documents in person to either the Student Welcome Center or at any OUSD TK-12 school.
 
  1. You may download the application PDF here. 
  2. After you complete the application and collect your documentation, you may:
    •   Drop application off at our Student Welcome Centers:
      •   Lakeview, 746 Grand Ave, Lower Floor. Oakland, CA 94610. 
      •   East, 1125 69th Ave, Oakland CA 94621 
    • The office will be open from 8AM until 2PM. 
  3. The deadline for dropping off on-time applications closed on January 20, 2017 @ 3:00PM. After this deadline your application will be considered late, and it will be processed later on a first come first served basis.

B. ONLINE APPLICATION

After our window closes we will no longer be accepting online applications. Those of you who applied online should expect an assignment letter like all on-time applicants. 
 
The link will be live on December 5, 2016 and will stop taking on time applications on January 20, 2017

1125 69th Ave, at the right side of the ECE portable, the East Student Welcome Center is open from 8:30AM until 2PM, Monday through Friday
